This Return Policy applies to all customers in the European Union who purchase merchandise from Fiasko Leitmotiv.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after delivery of the goods without giving any reason.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement by an unequivocal statement (e-mail).

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for the products, the costs for delivery and the returns will be not reimbursed. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
